3 ripe avocados
½ small onion, finely diced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lime, juiced
½ teaspoon sea salt
- Slice avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop them into a large mixing bowl.
- Mash avocados with a fork until desired consistency (smooth or chunky).
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Adjust to desired taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips and ENJOY!
